Forthcoming training

As mentioned in a previous email, the periodisation training programme we are following this season allows for breaks within the football training for the squad to experience a different sport in which can relate to football. Therefore ,i have arranged for Manor Trampolining Club (affiliated to British Gymnasium Association) to take the squad for an Upper Body Strength and Awareness Session. The session will be held at Northampton School For Girls , Spinney Hill Road NN3 6DG 14th November 2008 between 1800hrs and 1930hrs. There will be a small debrief at the end of 10 mins. We may have a small charge per person (£2.00 pp approx) for the hall hire but i will let you know when i know. Please contact me if there are any problems with the above. With Regards Damion Pidgeon
