Long Buckby welcomed Judgemeadow for this Cup Quarter Final. For a change the conditions were perfect with the sun beating down and the pitch in excellent shape. Buckby started well and were rewarded after 15 minutes when Ryan Ansell finished cooly following excellent link up play with Logan Macleod & Anthony Willey. Judgemeadow's heads never went down and they had their best spell during the final 15 minutes of the first half. Brayden Hurst in the Buckby goal pulled off an excellent save just before half time. Buckby dominated the second half and Harry Mattock scored with a superb header from a Mickey McGannon corner midway through the second half. Buckby then created many chances and finally made it 3-0 when Kofi's cross was turned into his own net by the excellent Daniel Clarke. Some very good performances from all but special mention of Ryan Ansell, Mickey McGannon and man of the match Harry Mattock.
